Our founders, Larry and Andrea Gotcher, have embodied a lifelong dedication to the Real Estate Industry. Larry Gotcher embarked on his journey as a Residential Realtor in 1991 following his graduation from The University of Michigan Business School. Andrea joined him in 1992, forming a formidable team that consistently garners Top Agent Awards. In 1999, the Gotchers became Founding Partners for Keller Williams Ann Arbor and expanded their services to include Mortgage Lending, further enriching their offerings to their expanding clientele. By 2001, they pioneered one of the earliest “Mega-Agent” Real Estate offices, which also functioned as a Branch Office for Mortgage Lending.

As the needs of our clientele evolved, so did our service offerings. Over the years, we have diversified our expertise to encompass Multi-family/Income Property, Land Sales and Development, Commercial Listing and Sales, as well as Property Fix and Flip and Management.

The introduction of Larry Jr. to the industry in 2016 heralded a fresh perspective with the advent of the second generation. Former clients now entrust us with the real estate needs of their children.

In our continuous pursuit of excellence within the Real Estate sector, it became evident that perpetual evolution was imperative.

Thus, Resource Realty Group was conceived.
