Larry Gotcher Jr. is a Realtor at Century 21 Affiliated who works with individuals, investors, developers and businesses to help buy and sell property for both residential and commercial use. Growing up Larry learned the business through observation of his dad, who has been a top-producing realtor and developer for 30 years in the Ann Arbor area. At the age of 18 Larry obtained his real estate salesperson license and sold his first home while attending Grand Valley State University, and has been succeeding at a high level in the business ever since.
Real estate is Larry’s passion and his success can be attributed to his extensive market knowledge, dedication to clients, unmatched work ethic, and desire to win. & Larry is an expert evaluator, analyst, negotiator, salesman, and closer. The majority of Larry’s business comes from referrals of satisfied past clients and repeat business. When Larry isn’t selling homes, he spends his time working on and driving cars, working out, playing sports, fishing, and spending time with friends and family.
Larry holds a B.B.A. in both marketing and business economics from the Seidman School of Business at Grand Valley State University.
