2. Pre-Qualifications

This is a vital process in purchasing a home. We can introduce you to our mortgage partners or you can use your own. During this part of the process be prepared to give personal information, such as paystubs, W-2’s, and tax returns. 3. Homes to Preview

Once we have determined your price range, wants and needs your agent will send you listings as they come on the market that meet your criteria. Once you see one or more that gets you excited, we will move to the next step and schedule an in person showing.

4. Schedule a Viewing

Now the fun begins! We will schedule and tour the homes you have selected. We will discuss the ins and outs of each home and determine if they are a good fit for you. We will continue to schedule homes to tour until you find the right home for you.

5. You Found a Perfect Home

When you’ve found the one. It’s time to write an offer, your agent will present a written offer to the seller. The seller could come back right away, they could counteroffer or reject your initial offer all together. We will be there to guide you through all of this!

6. Your Offer was Accepted

Now What? The sellers have accepted your offer. The home will go through an Inspections and an appraisal. The inspection will ensure that everything in the home is functioning and that you are aware of problems or future maintenance. The appraisal will guarantee that the price of the property. Work diligently with your lender, providing does in a timely matter, follow instructions they give you if needed and ask important loan questions for clear understanding. Time to start packing, the next step you will be closing.

7. Time to Close

And time to get excited! You’re closing on your new home! At the closing table, be prepared to turn in your funds to close. You will then go through and sign a lot of documents. Finally you will receive the keys to your new home.
